DJ Sbu has reportedly gotten into another dispute over his beverage business
According to Sunday World PSL champions Kaizer Chiefs are suing the controversial artist and businessman for ambush marketing.
Its been alleged that the DJ used their name and that of three of the club's senior players in promoting his drink.
DJ Sbu, who's real name is Sibusiso Leope, allegedly hoodwinked Chiefs defenders Morgan Gould, Tsepo Masilela and Siboniso Gaxa into posing for a picture with him wearing club merchandise and Mofaya promotional T-shirts. More after the cut...

In the picture, circulated on various social media networks to help promote the product, Masilela was seen holding a pack of MoFaya drinks.
The award-winning muso then apparently announced the drink was being used by the players to energise them.
This stunt angered the reigning champions' no-nonsense marketing manager Jessica Motaung, who hauled the trio to a disciplinary hearing.
The troika was reprimanded and fined an undisclosed amount of lucre as their unauthorised promotion of the drink angered some of the club's sponsors.
Chiefs PR manager Vina Maphosa refused to give details on the matter.
"The matter is at the stage where we are unable to comment," he said.
"Speak to DJ Sbu. When we are ready we will go public about it."
DJ Sbu declined to comment when he was contacted.
Two independent sources, who did not want to be named, confirmed the club fined the players and were litigating against the former Metro FM, Ukhozi FM and YFM presenter.
"Our marketing manager told us during the workshop on Monday that they had reprimanded and fined the players who promoted DJ Sbu's energy drink without the club's permission," said the source.
"She also told us the club had taken legal action against him and that our lawyers had met with his lawyers.
"His blunder was that he apparently tweeted the club was supporting the drink and the players were using it.
"But why use the club's name? I don't know how much these players were fined, but it's a lot."
Another deep throat confirmed the matter.
"Usually, Chiefs hold a workshop with the players at least twice a year in which they talk about a lot of things to do with the club's brand," said the source, who is close to the club.
"Among the things they teach the players are issues of ambush marketing in which individuals and companies would take advantage of the players and use them and the Chiefs brand for their own purposes without going through the right procedures.
"So, this week they had the same meeting and the picture of DJ Sbu, where he used the players wearing the club branded merchandise to promote Mofaya, was discussed.
"The guilty players were later addressed alone and a disciplinary process was put in place.
"I'm not sure what the outcome was. Also, I'm aware Chiefs have spoken to their lawyers about the photo and will follow their advice."
