As it turns out, Bonang took a more severe approach in response to DJ Zinhle's Claims, by having her lawyers serve the DJ an official notice, requesting a public apology by the end of today Monday the 14th of September. The notice also required that Zinhle recants her claims of Miss Matheba having an affair with Rapper AKA. It is now a standoff situation, as DJ Zinhle's lawyers have made it clear that there will be no apology as requested based on the terms provided by Bonang's lawyers.
There is gonna be a fight ya'all a fight in court I suppose. details bellow, while we wait for tomorrow's developments...

When asked if Jiyane will release a statement of apology regarding an order by Matheba's lawyers to apologise by close of business on Monday - DJ Zinhle's spokesperson Nomndeni Mdakhi said nothing of the sort will be released.
"We are not going to be releasing anything," said Mdakhi over the phone. When requested to indicate whether that meant DJ Zinhle will not apologise, Mdakhi asked to be sent questions over email.

In her email response, Mdakhi changed her tune. "We have no comment at this point," she replied to a question "Does this mean there would be no apology as you have indicated over the phone?"
Matheba's lawyers are attempting to gag Jiyane for speaking up about having a saucy five-month romance with rapper AKA.

Jiyane released a statement last week, fingering Matheba as the third party in her relationship with AKA. The two have a two-month old daughter and had been dating for over three years until Matheba came along.
'Brand Bonang' has taken a sore beating when revelations of her dalliance with AKA surfaced. The 28-year old is the face of Revlon and a Woolworths lingerie range. She is also the presenter on Top Billing as well as on Metro FM.

Jiyane has kept her cool so far, only alluding to her state of mind by posting happy snaps with her close friends and pics with her daughter.
She amusingly tweeted out her personal tracklist while Matheba had her Metro FM show. All the tracks on Jiyane's private playlist included a play on the words 'I'm Sorry.'
